- Supporto agli adempimenti periodici e annuali di bilancio
- Riconciliazione schede contabili, e/c, prima nota contabile;
- Riconciliazione e verifica carte di credito;
- Riorganizzazione documentazione file per singoli clienti;
- Verifica e/c e condizioni bancarie praticate delle società controllate;
- Gestione contratti finanziamento intercompany;
- Programmare e sviluppare piani finanziari di gestione nel breve (tesoreria), medio (operativo di budget) e lungo termine (strategico) per garantire lo sviluppo sostenibile dei piani strategici aziendali;
- Partecipazione a progetti di miglioramento dell’ERP aziendale volto all’ottimizzazione dei processi aziendali in ambito finance e di sistemi di Tesoreria;
- Supporto elaborazione reportistica relativa alla situazione finanziaria di gruppo;
- Documentazione per partecipazioni a bandi/finanziamenti fondo perduto a supporto del CFO.
- Solleciti e verifica schede clienti almeno settimanale.
- Laurea in ambito Economico;
- Buona padronanza di excel;
- Buona conoscenza di strumenti di tesoreria;
- Solida comprensione dei concetti finanziari di base, inclusi i bilanci, flussi di cassa, analisi finanziaria e principi di contabilità;
- Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese (preferibile la conoscenza di una seconda lingua);
- Disponibilità a (brevi) trasferte estere;
- Capacità di analisi, accuratezza, precisione e affidabilità;
- Capacità di organizzazione delle priorità e carichi di lavoro;

- Diploma di scuola superiore / Laurea;
- Preferibile l’esperienza nel ruolo, maturata nell'area commerciale, per conto di aziende nel settore cartario modernamente organizzate e fortemente orientate al mercato nazionale ed internazionale;
- Buone capacità di analisi e valutazione delle opportunità commerciali;
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e interpersonali e capacità di relazionarsi con interlocutori a qualsiasi livello;
- Capacità ed abitudine a lavorare sia in autonomia sia in team - personalità giovanile e brillante;
