Our Company

Valentino and Olimpia Fornaroli, founders.

Our company was founded in 1963 as trader in Italy for paper packaging for food.

In the following years we expanded the market at European level, developing markets for corrugating paper, packaging for food and construction, pulp, timber and inserting also other types of products for paper mills.

From 1998 to 2000, we have been a partner of the group Frantschach as “Frantschach Swiecie Group”.
Since 2001 we founded new storage warehouses and sales offices (some of which have become traders themselves) in different strategic international points, able to meet the specific needs of each market, covering the entire value chain: research of all kinds of products, even particular ones, supply, logistics and distribution.

In 2023 we celebrated the 60th anniversary.

Currently we are planning new investments in human resources: a team of 40 people, which focuses on youth and updating of skills, resources and services.
We are all along socially active.
